- Candidate should have passport, origins of graduating certificate with attachments, medical certificate and 7 photographs (4 x 6 cm).
- Candidates must have appropriate clothes according to weather conditions of Russia.
- Candidates are supposed to have not less 300 US dollars to cover different expenses.
- Tickets to and from Russia should be paid by candidate.
- Candidates will pay their medical insurance fees (up to 300 US dollars per year).
The Russian side does not cover expenses connecting with arrival of candidates to places of study and departure for the Iraqi Kurdistan.
It is desirable for candidates to read the website of the Russian Ministry of Education (www.russia.edu.ru).
